First Day of Third Grade 2018 - Human Scavenger Hunt!

Each child had a checklist and job to get to know one another more.  They had to look for someone who "ate toast for breakfast," "was born in another state," "is an only child," etc.

Natalia's Baby Lambs at School!

with support from the 5th grade students.

A Surprise Easter Party!

Erowynn, Juniper, and Eleanor surprised the class with an Easter party that they organized.  

The class had a blast!

Exploring Area with a Collaborative Art Project!

Students were assigned squares from a Matisse landscape to represent area in art.  

We may try this again with a simple piece of art.

Pop-up Easter Cards!

After we learned to make pop-up Easter cards, several 3rd graders taught the 

2nd graders how to make one.
